Vertical axial pumps

SAP pumpa Axial pumps of type SAP are intended for delivery of large quantities of water at small deliver heights at high efficiency. They are used in irrigation systems, as cooling pumps in power plants and industrial facilities, or as dock pumps.

Capacity (Q): 350 – 36 000 m3/h

Delivery height (H): 0,5 – 18 m

Suction and stator casing: Quality grey casting
Tubular casings: Steel (welded)
Impeller blades: Grey casting, bronze or steel casting
Shaft: Stainless steel

Axial impeller assembly

Main axial bearing: -Roller, oil lubricated
Radial bearings:

-Bronze, grease lubricated
-Thordon SXL, lubricated by working medium.

PUMP EXECUTIONS

Depending on pump room configuration, there are four possible pump executions.

Execution A – Standard execution, whereby motor is directly mounted on motor pedestal on pump

Execution B – At large pump units motor is mounted on pump room floor

Execution C – If project demands, complete pump is suspended from motor pedestal

Execution D – Used when there is large height difference between discharge flange and pump room floor
