ECCENTRIC SCREW PUMPS
Pumps of type family ESP are positive-displacement (eccentric screw) pumps designed for various mediums with increased viscosity normally used for delivery of sewage, sludge or various mediums in process and food industries.
Capacity of ESP pumps ranges from 1,1 to 13,2 m3/h and delivery heights up to 60 m.
These pumps can be implemented for either horizontal or vertical installation, however this must be known at time of order. Also depending on motor rotation direction, pump inlet and outlet can be reversed depending on site conditions.
Due to its monoblock construction, these pumps are simple to install and maintain. Shaft sealing is done by standard type of mechanical seals.
Material of casing depends on delivered medium (eg. perbunan, neopren, viton, teflon etc.)
IMPORTANT!
ESP pumps must be installed together with overpresurre and dryrunning protection. We can offer several types of protection systems depending on your requirements so contact us.
