VERTICAL CENTRIFUGAL LUBE OIL PUMPS

VCP pumps are vertical centrifugal pumps designed for circulation of oil up to 100 °C through large engines used in ships or stationary installations – power plants.
Standard capacities of VCP pumps range from 10 to 350 m3/h and delivery heights from 55 to 45 m, however we pumps with other characteristics are in development.

VCP pumps are designed for mounting on oil tank where impeller part is submerged into the oil. Pump submerged parts can be delivered in different lenghts to accomodate site conditions.

STANDARD MATERIALS

Pump casing: Cast iron

Impeller: Cast iron, Bronze, Stainless steel

Shaft: Stainless steel

VCP pumps have very simple shaft sealing mechanism without necessity for mechanical seal or packing rings, thus reducing maintenance and maintenance cost.

SHAFT SEALING & BEARINGS

Shaft is supported by upper ball bearings and lower slide bearings VCP lubricated by working oil. Depending on lenght intermediate bearings can be installed.
