On 30.10.2024., Tvornica turbina d.o.o. (TTK) successfully delivered a new steam turbine for the customer INA – Industrija nafte d.d. as the main equipment of the new cogeneration power plant at the CPS Molve plant.
Loading, transportation and risky unloading were carried out by the company Zagrebtrans d.o.o. under the control and coordination of TTK and INA employees at the CPS Molve plant, while adhering to strict occupational safety rules. Upon unloading, precise placement on the foundation and initial levelling were immediately performed.
In addition to the turbine, Tvornica turbina d.o.o. also developed, designed, manufactured and installed all other power plant equipment for the needs of this specific project, including cooling pumps, water-cooled vacuum condenser, steam ejector unit and auxiliary and main condensate pumps.
The delivery of the turbine completed the delivery of all mechanical equipment and TTK together with consortium partners S.C.A.N. d.o.o. and Monter SM d.o.o. begins all final installation and finalization activities of the plant in order to prepare the plant for trial operation by end of 2024, and final handover to the customer at the beginning of 2025.
With this successful delivery, TTK continues the excellent long-term cooperation with INA – Industrija nafte d.d. in the activities of maintenance and delivery of new energy equipment.
