On 13.06.2025. Tvornica turbina d.o.o. (TTK) delivered six pump sets for the modernization of the truck filling station project, from existing crude oil tanks.
The pumps are designed according to the API 610 12th edition petroleum industry standard, in OH2 geometry, have a nominal flow of 130 m3/h, a delivery height of 62 m, and required NPSHr of only 2 m.
The installed motors are also of Croatian production, manufactured by Končar MES, with power of 37 kW, adapted to work via frequency converters. The pumps are intended for work in an aggressive atmosphere due to the proximity of the sea and in hazard zone 1, and are implemented in high degree of protection for aggressive category C5 according to ISO 12944.
All key stages of production were carried out under the supervision of the customer’s representative, including individual functional tests of pump curves and suction characteristics (NPSHr), as well as the quality of application of individual layers of anti-corrosion protection.
It is expected that the pump aggregates will be installed and put into operation by the end of 2025 under the supervision of TTK engineers.
This is another one of the successful deliveries of pump sets for the oil industry according to the API 610 standard and a continuation of the long-standing successful cooperation with the company JANAF d.d. on maintenance, modernization and production of new pump aggregates.
